Ministry of Interior (MoI) of Republic of Albania has initiated a proramme of reforms of the Albanian State Police (ASP) as part of its main objective, being an EU candidate country.
The aim of these reforms is to increase the efficiency of ASP effectiveness and the compliance with the law and the best practices. There is a considerable interest in the review of the organizational performance of ASP and its assessment of strength areas and of those areas that need to be improved.
