Who are we?

“Strengthening Community Policing in Albania” (SCPA) is a program supported by the Swedish Government that aims to enhance cooperation between the State Police and citizens in Albania. This program seeks to increase trust and collaboration between the parties to improve public safety, making the police more accessible and responsive to the needs of local communities.

The program focuses on strengthening police capacities in local problem-solving, involving citizens in crime prevention, and increasing police transparency and accountability through various activities such as training, public meetings, and awareness campaigns.”
