POLICE ASSISTANCE SURVEY (129)

Police Assistance Survey (129) was undertaken by IDRA Research & Consulting along with the cooperation of the SwedishAlbanian Project on Community Policing, on behalf of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
This study was conducted in order to acquire necessary information regarding satisfaction and effectiveness of communication with the Police structures that provide assistance and service towards callers in need of assistance. In addition, information regarding satisfaction towards State Police, Courts and Prosecution Office has also been gathered.
This study includes 300 interviews (telephone calls*) with citizens that have contacted the Police (129) requesting assistance for a personal issue during the first trimester of 2014 (January to March). All telephone numbers used have been randomly selected according to a methodology which includes calls from the three months. All 300 interviews were conducted in March….
