On 14th May 2026, an information and awareness-raising session on preventing violence and promoting healthy relationships was held with students of the “Asim Vokshi” language-oriented high school in Tirana, by the Center for Strategic Development Institute.
This activity was held in the framework of the project “Decision-Making That Protects – Strengthening Police Response and Professional Standards in Dealing with Domestic and Gender-Based Violence”, part of the SCPA Program Grant Scheme. The aim of the activity was to inform and raise awareness among young people about the different forms of violence and abuse, as well as the importance of early identification of problematic behaviors and the use of existing protection and reporting mechanisms.
During the session, topics such as domestic violence, digital violence, bullying, healthy relationships, online safety and ways to seek help were discussed, encouraging reflection and awareness on the importance of prevention and timely response.
